This course guides the student to learn the wisdom of a great Tibetan master, the requirements of the Hierarchical plan, service of the disciple, and the six stages of discipleship. All disciples in an ashram should be contemplative, not mystical and learn the science of love and compassion, group unity, group meditation, group activity in service, and illumination. Manifest the nature of the soul, and transfer the physical focus to the mental plane. Thus, the entire human family will be transmuted into a dynamic, self-conscious, creative agency. The student will develop the power of intuition, raise the consciousness to become the knower, soul contact and spiritual poise, group integration and group fusion, purification of the mind.
