Dr. Ribhi M. Kalla is founder, dean, president and spiritual teacher of the Ageless Wisdom Seminary/University. He teaches Wisdom for Political Leaders and Executive Business Managers. Additionally, he has given hundreds of lectures and seminars on the Ageless Wisdom Teaching. He conducts classes, spiritual retreats and serves as a spiritual counselor.

His Ph.D. and Th.D. are from the International Institute of Theology. He has a D.D. and is an ordained Senior Minister of the Ageless Wisdom Seminary/University and also ordained by the World Congregational Fellowship Church.

His B.A. is in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Dr. Kalla held leadership positions for several high tech firms in the United States. His expertise in engineering includes inventing innovative robotics and industrial systems.

Dr. Kalla continues as an avid student and teacher of spiritual healing wisdom. Today he keeps his healing education current by attending courses, such as Spirituality and Healing in Medicine given by Harvard Medical School and the University of Arizona in Tucson. This gives him an insight on how to integrate The Ageless Wisdom Teachings with current medical and healing practices to better serve humanity.

4. You have a clear sense of vocation, of high calling. You know your aims, your goal. You see the guiding star. You subordinate everything to that goal. You are persistent and determined.

5. Faith, acceptance, endurance - You have continuous relations with the inner core of everything. You know that everything, everyone, every event is your helper on the Path of evolution.

6. Sense of reality - Life has meaning for you. You are not living in vanity and in illusion, but in reality. You are observing the three worlds from the center of reality; you are awake!

7. You have self-determination - You live as a cause, not as an effect. No one can ever push you unless you choose it. You try to express the highest in you through all your expressions.

8. You have great compassion and a deep sense of responsibility and humility.

9. You are honest, generous, kind and noble. All your speech, manners, relations are of high quality.

10. You are harmless, as far as others highest good is concerned.

11. You are happy, joyous, blissful, in any condition of life. You have a deep sense of humor. You have a smile on your lips, even when in tears.

12. You have a great sense of unity. You have no barriers in your mind. You respect all races, all religions, all philosophies, all arts. You see the common denominator in everything. You are universal and cosmic.

13. You are heroic. Fearlessly you place yourself in danger for a principle, for a high cause. You act by the will of the inner Glory. You give your life for your friends.

14. Your senses are accurate. You register everything as it is. You are never hypnotized, but always alert.

15. You have a sense of beauty. You see beauty. You enjoy it in great admiration. You know how to enter into ecstasy.

16. You never judge, never condemn. You see the facts, understand and keep silent.

17. You are always detached, impersonal, indifferent, as far as the world of personality is concerned.

18. You are full of gratitude. You never forget the good done for the Cause, and you express your gratitude even for a "cup of water".

19. You have mastered the science of self observation. You cease to identify yourself with the man/woman on the physical level, with the man/woman of the emotional and mental worlds, and watch people from your high level, never becoming confused with the glamour and illusions of the lower worlds.

20. You forget and forgive. No one can see any signs of revenge in your eyes.

21. You live for the future, for eternity. All your acts are motivated by the future and eternity.

22. You are very adaptable. You fit everywhere without losing your inner solemnity.

23. You are balanced in your words, in your acts, in whatever you do. Others sense a great equilibrium in your manners and expressions.

24. You can relax. You can stop your physical, emotional and mental activities at will and withdraw to the inner chamber of serenity.

25. You lead without force, manipulation, and fear, but through light, love and spiritual power, through vision.

26. You exercise great economy of energy.
27. You love. Gradually your love becomes deeper and unchangeable in any condition, at any time, under any circumstance.
