1. Freedom, benevolence, toward purity, the science of doing good, harmlessness, detachment, and the principle of harmony through conflict.
2. The nature of self through practical exercises for controlling emotions and thoughts, ways to free himself from fear and will heal habits that keep him or her from becoming the true self.
3. To witness the glory hidden within and to invite himself to take the needed steps toward a life full of joy, courage, and self-mastery upon the waves of a stormy sea.
4. To focus thought and labor, synthesis, joy, and bliss, holding in the light of their highest intellectual tension. They will draw out the answers, the solution to their needs, and the depth of their soul.
5. That true educational service is the spontaneous outflow of a loving heart, intelligent mind, and true service to humanity. They will understand vivid new approaches to human relationships, loving energy, telepathy, impressions, intuitiveness, and illumination.
6. Universality, virtues, striving, discernments, compassion, gratitude, fearlessness, and enthusiasm. The spiritual teacher will learn how to guide his or her future students to develop the mind to reach the highest point of development expected today. And additionally, a still higher faculty will be achieved, that of the intuition. Tools will be explained which serve to develop intuition through illumination, telepathic communication and a sensitiveness to other minds with the ability to function on the soul levels.

Characteristics to be developed for Spiritual Teachers (Educators):

1. Learn to give value to simplicity, enthusiasm, gentleness, and respect.
2. The ability to create an atmosphere of joy and love in which the assimilation of knowledge becomes possible. They value patience, faithfulness, dedication, and open mindedness.
3. They always emphasize the application of the Teaching, through which transformation of the personality and the formation of a new beingness become possible.
4. To be able to demonstrate the fundamentals of beingness:
   1. Application of the teaching of life.
   2. Manifestation of virtues.
   3. Cultivating tolerance and understanding.
   4. The value of the individual and the facts of one humanity.
   5. Education as a science of right human relations and social organization.
5. They encourage their students to strive and learn to apply their wisdom, knowledge and attainments. Striving toward visions keeps the student away from using his or her knowledge as a means of exploitation. It teaches their students how to contact their environment with compassion, intelligence and sanity.
6. They apply a spiritual method. They emphasize the fundamentals on higher and higher spirals and open the door for the students towards infinity.
7. Understanding the right perception and use of ideas, of their transformation into working ideals and their application as the will-to-good, the will-to-truth, and the will-to-beauty which is the will to God.

There is hope for the future world in a humanity which accepts the fact of divinity of man and which emphasizes the authority of the human soul. It involves the possibility of vision and contact with the soul. This program will give the teacher (educator) a deep understanding of the Universe with increasing aptitude. This is power. It is the power to recognize the beautiful, the true and the good. In so doing, the highest creative arts will prove their own existence.
