Wisdom does not belong to privileged people. Every human being can have access to it, if he or she wants to pay the price: steady striving towards light, beauty, and higher creativity.

Today’s economic, social, and technological progress is our own creation. Only the higher creativity and wisdom of our heart and mind can keep us striving harmlessly on the path of light, love, and compassion, which is the path of enlightenment.

He or she can put cause into action and produce results. He/she is a charge of Wisdom; through their thoughts, words, actions, enthusiasm, success, and can flourish in many realms. He or she enunciates causes that furthers the evolution of employees. His or her efficiency increases by the fact that their standards are high order, universal, and progressive. Inspire the employees to strive to meet new standards of thinking, producing, and acting.

Efficiency is the characteristic of the wise manager.
The wise manager is a striving manager. Striving in production and service to higher perfection. A striving Executive Manager demonstrates greater sense of vision and a greater effort to serve the purpose of his or her corporation. He or she is committed to an idea and a vision which is related to human welfare, human up-liftment, and human survival. He or she is serving in the fields of:

*Communication & Philosophy

The Wise Manager will learn new advance principles which are needed to joyfully serve and efficiently raise the level of production and the quality of services of the organization. Work with his or her co-workers in harmony and inclusiveness to achieve better and higher results.
The Wise Manager’s Duties, in edition to his or her standard executive manager duties, are to bring five principles in manifestation in operating successful business:

4. Increase Joy & Compassion
5. Harmlessness
